Which product should you use?

PressFit bottom bracket: use PressFit assembly paste at the frame / bottom bracket interface.

Threaded bottom bracket: use dedicated threaded paste for BSA, T47, T45 or ITA systems.

Bearings and seals: use bearing grease designed for moving parts.

Before servicing: clean the mechanical surfaces first, then use the appropriate grease or assembly paste during reassembly.
