This CyclingCeramic bearing kit is designed to enhance the durability and performance of your Campagnolo wheels. By replacing the stock steel bearings with high-quality ceramic components, friction is significantly reduced, leading to better efficiency and a smoother ride.
🔧 Installation Guide:
Replacing the ball bearings in the hubs:
- Remove the original steel ball cages (reference 4-HB-RE023 for standard models).
- If you already have ceramic ball cages (reference HB-HY123), clean and reuse them.
- Install the CyclingCeramic ceramic balls using the supplied blue grease.
- This operation is simple and accessible to most careful bike mechanics.
Replacing the freehub body bearings:
- Carefully remove the freehub body from your Campagnolo wheel.
- Replace the two original 6803 bearings with the 2 x 6803 CyclingCeramic bearings included in the kit.
- ⚠️ Note: this step is more technical and requires proper bearing tools (extractor and press).
