Compatibility & requirements
- Compatible with Rotor 30 mm arms: Aldhu 30, Vegast 30, Aldhu Carbon.
- Not compatible with 24 mm arms (Aldhu24/3D24, etc.).
- Chainrings required: track 144 mm BCD (not included).
- Bottom bracket recommended: Track30 to ensure correct chainline and fit.

Hardware details
The bolts thread directly into the spider, which features a machined, anodized aluminum thread designed for durability. Bolts are black steel for strength and long service life.
Installation notes
- The 144 mm spider is factory-bonded to the axle: when you insert the axle, the spider is positioned at the same time.
- Install the 30 mm track axle with the recommended Track30 bottom bracket.
- Mandatory torque: tighten the drive-side crank / axle assembly to 35–40 Nm with a torque wrench to prevent any spider movement on the axle.
- Fit your 144 mm BCD track chainring (not included) and check chain alignment. Use the 0.5 mm spacers only if needed to fine-tune alignment.
- After a short spin, re-check for proper torque and absence of play.
Quick FAQ
Can I use road chainrings?
No. Track chainrings are 144 mm BCD (5-arm), whereas modern road chainrings are often 110 mm / 4-arm.
Fixie compatible?
Yes — this kit works for both track and fixie builds.
Do I need a special bottom bracket?
We recommend the Track30 bottom bracket for best compatibility and stiffness.
