Why does Rotor use a 30mm axle?

The 30mm diameter allows the use of aluminum, reducing the weight of the axle while increasing the stiffness of the axle and crankset assembly.

Why is this axle available in two sizes?

There is the standard axle and the offset axle. The offset axle is 2.5mm wider on each side to fit Gravel frames, which are also wider than standard road models.

Can this axle be used with all Rotor cranksets?

No, it is only compatible with Vegast 30mm, Aldhu 30mm, and Aldhu Carbon crank arms.

Can this axle be used on all bikes?

Yes, as long as the appropriate 30mm bottom bracket is installed.
