CyclingCeramic Pro oversized cage for SRAM AXS with solid black 14 19 tooth pulleys

PRO · Solid black pulleys

The same 14 / 19T oversized architecture, with solid pulleys, a more closed-off profile and a clean, aerodynamic-oriented finish.

Ideal for a subtle high-end road build. Pro is not the fully enclosed Aero cage.

Key difference: both Race and Pro aim to reduce mechanical losses associated with small pulleys and bearings. The clearest distinction is the open-spoke versus solid pulley design. Actual performance gains depend on chain setup and maintenance.

Do not choose your bottom bracket based only on your SRAM groupset: the rear derailleur determines the cage, while the frame and crank spindle determine the bottom bracket. ITA 70 mm is not BSA 68 mm. Internal T47, external T47 and T47A are different. DUB Wide setups also require the correct spindle-length and spacer checks.
SRAM AND QO
CyclingCeramic internal T47 DUB 28.99 mm bottom bracket

A DUB-sized bundle, not just for SRAM-branded cranks.

SRAM DUB cranks use a nominal 28.99 mm spindle. The QO RACE crank arms also use a 28.99 mm spindle, so the corresponding bottom brackets may be suitable once shell dimensions, spacers and chainline are confirmed.

Explore QO RACE 28.99 mm crank arms · Use our bottom bracket finder.

Important: SRAM AXS shifting does not inherently require a SRAM DUB crank. This DUB-only range is a deliberate, simpler bundle selection, not a universal limitation of the drivetrain.

03 · VERIFY YOUR DERAILLEUR

Rival, Force or Red AXS: check the actual model.

These Race and Pro cages are listed for the SRAM Rival / Force / Red AXS 12-speed family. XPLR 12s fitment is subject to your exact derailleur and cassette, as stated in the individual listings. Do not assume they fit SRAM Eagle, T-Type or XPLR 13-speed derailleurs.

Once your derailleur model is confirmed, choose Race or Pro based on pulley style and finish. Explore the CyclingCeramic cage guide.

THE VELO-PERSO VIEW
Why this bundle? Finding a matching oversized cage and ceramic bottom bracket separately takes time and can lead to compatibility mistakes. This offer brings both items into a single purchasing journey, while providing an average saving of around €15 versus buying them individually. Race is our pick for an expressive, colour-matched road bike; Pro is the subtle choice for solid, aero-oriented pulleys. Always confirm your frame, crank spindle and rear derailleur before ordering.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Before ordering

What is the difference between Race and Pro?

Race has 14/19T open-spoke pulleys in four colours. Pro has 14/19T solid black pulleys with a more closed-off shape. Both use ceramic bearings.

Will it work with a QO crankset?

Potentially, with eligible 28.99 mm QO models such as QO RACE, provided the frame shell, spacers, chainline and chainring compatibility are all confirmed. Spindle diameter alone is not a complete fitment check.

Does SRAM AXS always require a DUB bottom bracket?

No. The bottom bracket spindle size depends on the crankset, not the rear derailleur. This specific bundle offers DUB options for SRAM DUB and eligible QO cranks; other cranksets may use 24 or 30 mm spindles.

Is ITA the same as BSA?

No. Italian threaded shells are generally 70 mm wide and use Italian threads; BSA road shells are generally 68 mm wide and use English threads. The two bottom brackets are not interchangeable.

Does this fit SRAM XPLR 13-speed?

No, do not assume the road AXS 12-speed cage fits XPLR 13-speed. Those derailleurs have dedicated solutions. For XPLR 12-speed, verify the exact derailleur against CyclingCeramic documentation.

Is the saving always €15?

No. The figure is the average saving across available bundle combinations versus the individual component prices. The price shown for the selected attributes is the applicable price.
