The ALUGEAR AERO cover provides a clean, aerodynamic interface with ALUGEAR chainrings on Shimano 4-arm cranksets (BCD 110 mm asymmetric), neatly hiding the crank/chainring junction. Compatible with both 1x and 2x ALUGEAR chainrings.

Setup – 1x and 2x
1x – Install the cover on the outer face of the ALUGEAR chainring. Pre-align, then tighten cross-pattern to 8–10 Nm.
2x – Fit the cover per ALUGEAR’s 2x scheme, between the big ring and crank arm to hide the junction. Observe the provided washer/spacer order, then tighten cross-pattern to 8–10 Nm.

Match the cover to your crank generation precisely. For factory power-meter models (R8100-P / R9200-P), select the corresponding P cover to ensure perfect fit and finish.
