The Dura-Ace rear derailleur already features a carbon cage. Fitting it with premium carbon pulley wheels and ceramic bearings is the natural next step. The result looks stunning and feels entirely at home on this exceptional groupset.
Bikone has engineered these pulleys to Dura-Ace-specific dimensions, with exceptionally precise tolerances. They fit directly into the original cage for a clean, accurate and straightforward installation.
With 12 teeth on the upper pulley and 14 on the lower, the chain runs over a larger diameter. It bends less, reducing friction and improving mechanical efficiency. The upper pulley is designed to retain the outstanding chain guidance and crisp shifting that have made Dura-Ace and Shimano Hyperglide so highly regarded.

Bikone uses ceramic balls and stainless-steel races. The upper pulley features a bearing selected for precise chain guidance, while the lower pulley accommodates changes in drivetrain angle. Silicone seals and labyrinth-style dust covers help protect the bearings against water and dirt.
Larger pulleys, original derailleur cage
The 12- and 14-tooth configuration increases pulley diameter without requiring an oversized cage. The narrow-wide tooth profile provides effective chain guidance. You retain the distinctive look and precise shifting of your Shimano derailleur.

Compatibility and installation
This version is designed for compatible Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 11s and 12s rear derailleurs. It installs in the original derailleur cage.
For Ultegra or 105, choose the corresponding Bikone model. During installation, fit the upper and lower pulleys in their correct positions and check the derailleur adjustment.
