The Spatzwear Aquasokz Long were engineered in collaboration with the Alpecin-Deceuninck pro team. They meet the demands of WorldTour racing: aerodynamics, comfort, and pure speed, even in wet and variable conditions.
Made from 100% waterproof Lycra with a PU coating, they offer excellent resistance to rain and road spray. The interior silicone heel grip keeps the overshoes perfectly in place, even during explosive accelerations. The low-profile Velcro closure, cleverly positioned behind the cleat/pedal interface, maintains a seamless aerodynamic profile with no airflow disruption.
Every seam is placed to minimize turbulence and provide maximum comfort. The flat seams around the foot hug the shape of your shoes, ensuring a clean, race-ready fit. A Kevlar toe reinforcement protects against scuffs and tears, even after repeated use in aggressive race scenarios.
Note: The Aquasokz are tighter around the ankle than the classic Windsokz. They may be more difficult to put on initially, but the fabric will soften slightly after several uses. We recommend rolling them down over your shins before putting on your shoes.
